Our only choice is to secure a more sustainable future for our planet. The question is how do we get there?

TROVE was founded on a belief that the convergence between our personal health and that of the planet is real. What we put on our plates and how we grow it has a profound effect on our health, communities, land and climate. But while many organizations recognize what needs to change, they are unsure of how to change it. Enter TROVE. We are a collective of leaders and entrepreneurs who have been privy to countless conversations, ideas and agendas that have bold intentions but lack a path to achieve them. We exist to help you define that path and ensure that your most ambitious ideas do not go unexplored, unanswered or without action. We exist to build bridges and rally resources. We exist to be a true catalyst for change, not to be talking heads on cable news. We exist to focus our knowledge and energy toward turning your vision into the transformative change our planet deserves.

I believe in thinking big but that the only way to achieve lasting change is to approach issues with a deep sense of pragmatism.

Trove was founded by Sam Kass, a food entrepreneur, former White House Chef and Senior Policy Advisor for Nutrition. During his White House tenure, Kass took on several additional roles including Executive Director of First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” campaign and senior White House Policy Advisor for Nutrition. Kass is the first person in the history of the White House to have a position in the Executive Office of the President and the Residence.

In 2011, Fast Company named Kass to their list of 100 Most Creative People, and in 2012, Kass helped create the American Chef Corps, which is dedicated to promoting diplomacy through culinary initiatives.

Trove represents Sam's vision to connect businesses, organizations and governments who are serious about making an impact on the world with the people and tools to help them achieve it.
